	Qualifications:
	1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, English, marketing and business administration;
	2. More than 1 year sales experience in landscape industry, including 3 years of experience in marketing team management, with rich experience in engineering sales;
	3. Be familiar with the promotion way of overseas market of garden industry and relevant laws and regulations of international trade;
	4. Rich overseas channel customer resources, good at leading the team to develop and maintain customers;
	5. Strong market planning ability, high market sensitivity, excellent resource integration ability;
	6. Excellent business negotiation ability, market development ability and team management ability, able to work under pressure.
	Job responsibilities:
	1. Market development management
	1) organize market research and demand analysis;
	2) responsible for the overall promotion of marketing business, formulate marketing work plan and organize implementation; 2. Sales management
	1) set up marketing plan around the sales target issued by the company and break down the sales target;
	2) expand the market, set up sales teams and complete sales tasks;
	3) responsible for negotiation and signing of major sales contracts; 3. Customer relationship management
	1) establish and expand relationships with customers and social sectors and establish a perfect customer relationship management system;
	2) supervise and inspect customer service and after-sales service to ensure continuous improvement of service quality;
	3) maintain good cooperative relations with key customers; 4. Department management
	1) responsible for coordination and arrangement of various business work of the department;
	2) responsible for the establishment of marketing team, assessment, incentive and training mechanism of personnel.
