The KDAS composite seal is A double-acting piston seal, consisting of three parts: an elastomer A, two supporting rings B, two guide ring C.
The elastomer A has A special section, and the three sealing lips are pressed against the cylinder wall (movement seal). The middle lip mouth is thicker, the main sealing effect, the other two lip mouth to assist the sealing effect. The bottom side of the groove is close to the bottom of the piston groove (static seal), and the contact surface is relatively large.
Supporting ring B is positioned on both sides of A. To support elastomer A and prevent A from radial seal clearance. The supporting ring B is a stairway, and there are many bumps on the side of the seal to prevent the sealing ring from rotating at work.
The guide ring C is rectangular and is mounted on the piston to guide and absorb axial force. The guide ring has several axial grooves, which allow the pressure oil to flow through the guide ring so that the elastomer A can feel all the work pressure and release the pressure quickly when changing direction. This is good enough to prevent the continuous super high pressure before the elastomer A.
The hardness of the composite sealing material of KDAS is gradually increased from inside to outside, and according to its characteristics, it ACTS as seal, support and guide respectively. KDAS is composed of self-tightening double acting seals. In the initial state, elastomer A deformation produced A of pre-tightened radial force and increased with the increase of system pressure to increase, to produce A complete sealing force, even if the system doesn't stress can also play A role in sealing effect.

The KDAS composite seal is a sealed and directed component with only one groove integral seal. Load a closed trench, one for each piston. The compact sealing structure makes the piston (cylinder) shorter, reduces processing cost and has excellent anti-clearance backlogs.
